To become a member of QT Club, you must register and create a Lucy Quartermaine profile. To create your Lucy Quartermaine profile, we ask you for some personal data, including your name, contact information, birthday and your gender. You can choose to add more information to your profile such as anniversary dates, addresses, etc.

Lucy Quartermaine registers your IP address and collects information about you by using cookies. Cookies are text files placed on your computer or mobile device by websites that you visit. You may at any time delete your personal data and/or your QT profile

Upon your request, Lucy Quartermaine staff will close your profile and delete your personal data as soon as reasonably possible. When your profile is closed, all your data is deleted and you will not be able to restore your profile. However, Lucy Quartermaine staff may store and process your personal data for statistical purposes, prevention of fraud, dispute resolution and law compliance purposes to the extent permitted by law.

5.UPDATES TO OUR TERMS

QT may at any time and without prior notice revise or change these Terms and/or, close, change or reorganise the QT Club website. By your use of Lucy Quartermaine you accept the applicable Terms. Substantial revisions or amendments of the Terms require your specific acceptance and will be shared at login

To purchase a gift card for use at Lucy Quartermaine boutique or online visit our Vouchers Page- 

Gift cards are available to buy in the value of between £10 and £100. They can be purchased in GBP, USD or EURO and have no expiry date.

To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the gift card code in the VOUCHER / OFFER CODE box on your Shopping Bag page and click UPDATE.

To redeem a gift card in store, please present your gift voucher to our sales associates at our boutique, Lucy Quartermaine, The Old Coach House, 8 garden Lane, Chester, CH1 4HQ prior to payment.

Please note that e-cards will be processed and emailed during working hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)

The Lucy Quartermaine Gift Voucher can be used as full or part payment for any purchase & does not have to be used in full at any one time.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If a product is returned to us that has been purchased using a Gift Voucher, the value will be refunded back onto that Gift Voucher, or a new Gift Voucher will be issued. Offer codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
