Our rings are crafted from high-quality sterling silver, and finished with a rhodium overlay, ensuring durability and a beautiful finish. Some designs may also include semi-precious stones or pearls for added elegance. Many designs are also available in 18ct gold vermeil.
2. How do I find my ring size?

To find your ring size, you can use a ring sizer tool or string method at home. Wrap a string or a strip of paper around your finger, mark the point where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Use our size chart to find your corresponding ring size.
3. Are your rings hypoallergenic?

Yes, our rings are designed with hypoallergenic materials, such as 925 sterling silver, rhodium overlay and 18ct gold vermeil, which are all suitable for sensitive skin.
4. How should I care for my silver rings?

To maintain the shine of your silver rings, store them in a dry, air-tight container when not in use. Clean them regularly with a soft polishing cloth and avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or water for extended periods.
5. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for unworn rings in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard UK delivery is 2-4 business days. Express delivery is available, for next day delivery, however order cut off for this is 12pm.
7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

All rings come in a beautiful Lucy Quartermaine branded gift box, tied with a ribbon. There is also the option to add a gift bag at checkout.
8. Do you offer a warranty on your rings?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our jewellery, covering any manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. If you encounter an issue, please contact our customer service for assistance.
